  What a fantastic experience!!!
1.  The quoting process was smooth and had all the details as to what was going to be provided.
2.   Simone was a tower of strength, very helpful and delivered everything (information and answers to questions).  She is an absolute pleasure to talk with and I can understand how Russell is such a lucky hubbie.
3.   Everything arrived on time, undamaged and fit for purpose.
4.   Russell and the team (Andrew and Eddie) all worked efficiently and happily together.
5.   Our carport for our motorhome was erected and completed within the nominated time.  Even Luey (our dog) was impressed with the end result!!!
6.   The Team were polite and behaved professionally at all times.  Their attention to cleaning up as they worked made their final site check and cleanup a simple task.
7.   The Team showed a pride in their work and their ethics demonstrated a genuine attitude of care - even checking and cleaning the roof for metal filings (from hole drillings).  The roof was left washed and clean enough to pass a medical cleanliness assessment.
