Cool As Patios is a progressive Sunshine Coast business, locally owned by registered builder Russell Phillips and managed by his wife, Simone.
Based in Maleny in the stunning Sunshine Coast hinterlands, Cool As Patios is a proud to offer exceptional service to all our clients around the Sunshine Coast.
Locally owned and operated
What sets us apart from other companies is that we are a family business. From the very first initial meeting, Russell and Simone will come to your site. We offer free on-site quotes with designs, and since Russell is also the builder who does the job, he will design an area that is perfectly suited for your home.
Our suppliers are based on the Gold Coast, and we only use BlueScope Steel for that reason. We can also offer the full COLORBOND colour range for our insulated roofing panels

Corropanel or CGI is an insulated metal roofing system, ideally suited to both commercial and residential construction projects. The insulated sandwich panels comprise a core layer of high density polystyrene foam securely laminated between COLORBOND corrugated steel roofing and continuous COLORBOND steel ceiling finish on the underside.
Our specially formulated high tech adhesives have proven their outstanding strength and performance under the harshest environmental conditions.
The product’s superior strength makes it ideal for use where high spanning lengths are specified.
